A live storm, as your dispatcher sees it.

One contractor for the whole property.

Lots, walkways and everything in between — on one contract, one schedule and one invoice.

Commercial plowing

Parking lots, business parks and industrial yards cleared to bare pavement before your doors open. Trigger depths set per site in your contract.

Salting & de-icing

Treated salt, rock salt and brine applied by application rate — every kilogram logged against your site for your liability record.

Sidewalks & entrances

Dedicated sidewalk crews for walkways, ramps and entrances. Zero-tolerance sites are serviced first, every storm.

Snow relocation & haul-off

Stacking, relocation and tandem haul-off when your lot runs out of room mid-season. Billed by the load, documented per trip.

Built on the Plowtrak platform

Every push, on the record.

Slip-and-fall claims are won or lost on documentation. We run our own operations software, so the answer to “was this lot salted, and when?” is never a guess.

Live GPS dispatch

Every truck, tractor and sidewalk unit is on the map in real time. Dispatch sees which sites are done, in progress and still waiting — mid-storm, not the morning after.

Photo proof of service

Operators capture time-stamped, geotagged photos at each site. If a tenant or insurer asks what happened at 4 a.m., the answer is on file.

Storm logs & liability record

Each storm is a record: measured accumulation, who was dispatched, arrival and departure times, material applied, and any site skipped with the reason why.

Invoicing that writes itself

Seasonal installments, per-push tiers and time-and-materials all bill straight from completed work, with HST applied and payment online.

How a storm runs.

01

The storm is called

Accumulation is tracked against each site's trigger depth. When it trips, the storm opens and routes are staged.

02

Crews are dispatched

Routes go out to operators in priority order — zero-tolerance sites first, then high, then the rest of the book.

03

You get the proof

Sites are marked complete with times, materials and photos. You can see it in your portal before the invoice arrives.

Where we plow.

We run routes across Simcoe County and the southern Georgian Bay shore — the snowbelt, where lake-effect bands can drop more on Midland overnight than Barrie sees all week. Routes are built by geography, so your site is never the one at the end of a three-hour drive.
